Resveratrol, medicine and pharmacy literature in recent years has increasingly gained importance as a secondary plant product. As first, resvaratrols in vines genotypes (V. Vinifera L.), were described in epidermis membranes of berry and leaves of grapes contaminated Botrytis cinerea (gray mold). In this article, informations were given about resveratrol. Besides, It was focused on the factors which is effective upon the formation of resveratrol and the benefits of human health of resveratrol together with its situation in wines.
