Journal of the International Scientific Research (IBAD) is a double blind peer reviewed e-journal. Particularly it is intended to serve as an international medium for the publication of work on all field of human and social sciences. IBAD organizes national / international symposia, congresses, conferences etc. or contribute to such activities. IBAD follows stringent guidelines to select the manuscripts on the basis of its originality in other languages, especially Turkish research and review articles in all area of Social sciences & Humanities. IBAD is a refereed e-journal. Annually published at least two issues. In necessary cases, special numbers may also be published.
There is no submission and publishing cost.
The establishment of this Journal, IBAD is an confront to the wishes and needs of many researchers, research scholars, academicians, scientists, students, teachers and industrialists in developing nations who need free access to quality materials online. This Journal opts to bring solution to this problem, and to encourage research development.
IBAD Journal aims at establishing a publishing abode that is open to all. IBAD would attain much care in making your article published without much delay with your kind co-operation.
In the magazine published not only article also summaries of scientific translations and books.
Manuscripts submitted for publication will be sent at least two referees experts in the field for double-sided blind refereeing process.
In case of negative results coming from one of the referees, the article is sent to a third referee. The final decision is given in the advisory and editorial board of the magazine.
Submitted manuscripts should not have to specify your personally identifiable information such as name and surname. This information will be added after peer review.
The general IBAD policy requires that authors should only submit original work that has neither appeared elsewhere for publication, nor is under review for another refereed publication. Exceptions can be made to this policy, but only with the approval of the editorial board. This means that authors must disclose all prior publication(s) and current submissions when submitting a manuscript.
Responsibility for all Submitted manuscripts belongs to the authors. Articles and any other material published in the IBAD represent opinions of the author(s) and should not be considered to reflect opinions of the Editorial Board.
Authors transfer copyright to the publisher as part of a journal publishing agreement.
Aims & Scope:
Journal of International Scientific Researches (IBAD) is a peer reviewed e-journal. Particularly it is intended to serve as an international medium for the publication of work on all field of human and social sciences. IBAD follows stringent guidelines to select the manuscripts on the basis of its originality in other languages, especially Turkish research and review articles in all area of Social sciences & Humanities.
The principal criteria for publication are originality, high scientific quality and interest to a humanities and social sciences audience. Papers not sufficiently substantiated by experimental detail will not be published. The authors are fully responsible for the language of their articles. All papers are refereed. Acceptance of papers is the responsibility of the Editor in consultation with the Reviewers and the Associate Editors. Manuscripts submitted will be subjected to peer-review by two reviewers familiar with the relevant field of research, being from a different country or at least from a different institution from the author(s). Only papers of high scientific quality will be accepted for publication. After review process, the Editor will inform the authors of the acceptance, rejection or necessity of revision of the manuscript. Any technical queries will be referred back to the author, although the Editors reserve the right to make alterations in the text without altering the technical content. If accepted, the manuscript shall not be published elsewhere in the same form, in either the same or another language, without the consent of the Editors. Author(s) must state in a covering letter when submitting papers for publication the novelty embodied in their work or in the approach taken in their research.
Statement about Open Access
This is an open access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Articles are made available on the journal website as full-text pdf files.
Copyrights to articles are held by IBAD upon acceptance of the articles for publication. However, users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author as long as they properly cite the biographical information of the articles.
Research Misconduct and Plagiarism
The IBAD has a zero tolerance policy for plagiarism and research misconduct. All submissions are scanned for possible plagiarism. When plagiarism is detected and confirmed, the article is immediately rejected for publication and the offending author is blacklisted from further publication. The IBAD follows the COPE guidelines regarding allegations of research misconduct in its publications.
The IBAD follows the conflict of interest policy of PNAS (Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences USA).
The manuscripts sent to IBAD are controled with “iThenticate” screening program in terms of having plagiarism. If there is no plagiarism, they are sent to referees. But if there is a plagiarism, these manuscripts are sent back to writers without sending refree.
All back articles are made available as full text on the journal website. In the event that the IBAD discontinues its publication, its archive of published articles will still remain available on the journal website, to be maintained as an archive website.
Guidelines for Authors
IBAD is a refereed journal. It follows double blind review process. In case of negative reports coming from one of the referees, the article is sent to a third referee. Articles published by the board of editors in accordance with the third referee's report.
The manuscript should be written in clear, concise and grammatically correct English.
The manuscript should be in MS Word program, with the Garamond or Times New Roman font, 11 font size, single line spacing. The margins are set as follows: top = 55 mm, bottom = 40 mm, right = 40 mm, left = 40 mm. Pages should not be numbered. Section should be highlighted in the text should be written in italics, not bold.
The manuscript should be presented in the following order.
Title and Running Head
The running head or short title is the shortened version of your manuscript. it also acts as the manuscript title on the journal homepage providing information at a glance for people who are reading the journal. Paper title must be Left size, bold, regular font size 14 and the first letter of each word capitalized.
The author's name and address
This should contain the title of the contribution and the names and addresses of the authors. The full postal address, e-mail address, telephone and facsimile number of the author who will receive correspondence and check the proofs should be included. Author names must be capital and bold, author affiliation must be italic normal font size.
All manuscripts must include a brief but informative Abstract in English. It should not exceed 250 words and should describe the scope, hypothesis or rationale for the work and the main findings. Both common and scientific names should be included; the authorities are not given if they appear in the title. References to the literature and mathematical symbols/equations should not be included. Abstracts must be written in 10 pt.
Key words (3-8) should be in English and Turkish provided below the Abstract to assist with indexing of the article.
At initial submission, figures should be at good enough quality and high contrast to be assessed by referees, preferably incorporated with the manuscript text in a single Word doc or PDF, although figures can be supplied separately as JPEGs if authors are unable to include them with the text.
Figures, tables and illustrations should not exceed 10 pages.
All publications cited in the text should be presented in a list of “REFERENCES” following the text of the manuscript.
References to be consistent in itself, should be given in the text or at the end of the page. References should be Garamond or Times New Roman, and 9 font size.
