The present study aims to obtain a hydrogen separation membrane with improved permeability. In accordance with this purpose, six samples

were sputter deposited in a single experiment covering Pd content from 25 to 85. The samples were evaluated for their reactivity with hydrogen

via resistance measurements. The results show that the highest reactivity is obtained with Ag15Pd85.
