Online Sermaye Aracı Olarak Kitlesel Fonlama

Günümüzde projelerin hayata geçirilmesinde en önemli sorunlardan birisinin sermaye olduğu söylenebilir. Teknolojik değişim ve dönüşümle birlikte sermaye arayışı geleneksel yöntemlerden ayrışarak online ortamlarda yer bulmaya başlamıştır. Gerekli fona sahip olamayan yatırımcılar, projelerini hayata geçirmekte zorlanmaktadırlar. Böyle bir ortamda, kitlesel fonlama, alternatif bir finansman kaynağı ve sermaye ihtiyacı olan yatırımcıların online ortamlarda başvurduğu bir yöntem olarak adından sıkça söz ettirmektedir. Mevcut çalışma ile kitlesel fonlamada fon sağlayıcıların, fon sağlama niyetlerini etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda ilk olarak literatürden elde edilen ölçekler kitlesel fonlamaya uyarlanmış ve gerekli pilot çalışma yapılmıştır. Ardından planlanmış davranış teorisinden faydalanılarak araştırma modeli oluşturulmuştur. Gerekli veri, internet anketleriyle toplanmış ve toplanan veriler SPSS 23.0 ve Amos 23.0 paket programlarıyla analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde güven, karmaşıklık, öznel norm ve algılanan davranışsal kontrolün, bireylerin kitlesel fonlamaya katılma niyetlerini anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediği tespit edilmiş, fakat tutumun, bireylerin niyeti üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu belirlenememiştir.
